Dashboard

This is the landing page for all employees where certain key information is displayed, e.g. Leave Balance, Upcoming Birthdays, Employees Scheduled Leave, Company Announcement. For HR Team, additional information would be displayed

Employees

Employees would be able to access this module which contains personal details and key employment information (Compensation and Leave balances). They are able to edit & view their own personal and job details.

Leave

Employee is able to apply for leave or cancel leave online. Supervisors (or assigned approvers) is able to approve, reject or cancel the leave applications

Payroll

HR team is able to process and edit payroll amount, before submitting it for approval. Once approved, HR team is able to notify employees to view their payslips online

Reports

HR team is able to access to various reports related to Leave reports, Employee related reports, Payroll related reports, Expenses Reimbursement ,Time and Attendance, Performance Management, Training Management

Settings

HR team will setup company information and related HR policies in the system – Company information and structure, Calendar and Holidays, User Settings, Leave types and policies, Personnel Configurations, Payroll Setting for approver

Expenses

Employees would be able to submit their monthly expenses reimbursement for apTproval. Supervisors would be able to review and approve the claims submitted. HR team has the option to add in reimbursement as part of the payroll or as an adhoc payment

Time & Attendance

Manager or HR team would be able to create schedules/rostering for their employees. An option to enable Employee to submit their own time sheet. HR team would be able to consolidate monthly time and attendance, including overtime for reporting and payroll purposes
